Unmasking Schizophrenia

The word schizophrenia comes from the Greek skhizein, meaning ‘to split’ and phren, which means ‘mind’.Schizophrenia now refers to the apparent separation of memory, thinking and perceptual abilities that trigger a disjointed personality in those with the disorder.
